A simple way to create simple moulds. Offers great coat effective solutions to a multitude of industries.
Injection Moulding
For creating more complex moulds, although a higher initial investment is required, it gives greater detail and accuracy.
Design
We provide a complete internal design service. We can work with you whether you have a full range of CAD models or just a verbal idea.
Prototyping
Prototype samples are always available. From years of engineering experience we know sometimes you just need to lay your hands on things to be certain.
Silicone
RTV addition cure silicone also know as "Platinum Cure" is our choice of materials. Colours and Hardness can be supplied to customer specification.
Polyurethane
Preferred for use with very abrasive materials such as concrete. There is an endless variation of options for hardness or colours, we are here to help you find the best version for your needs.
